WELCOME TO DP WORLD Through a combination of organic growth and acquisition over recent years, our global footprint has undergone a significant change and we are now one of the leading terminal operators in the world with the most comprehensive geographic coverage in the market. Our portfolio is well balanced and designed to meet the needs of our customers - and of world trade - today and tomorrow. What hasn’t changed during this period of intensive growth is our total commitment to outstanding customer service. Our customers continue to look to us to help them manage their global supply chains, and we will continue to grow in accordance with their needs. That means doing much more than getting the basics right – which of course we do day in-day out around the globe thanks to our international team of more than 30,000 dedicated and skilled people. However, truly excellent service is about understanding how our customers think and making sure we’re there to support them, when and where we’re needed. This is what has driven our growth and continues to drive us forward, as people and as a business. Mohammed Sharaf Chief Executive
